Rules for diet
Below is a tried and true dietary formula for nutritional ketosis, fat loss, muscle gain, reversing high blood sugar, reversing high blood lipid triglycerides, increasing HDL cholesterol, relieving depression, and relieving insomnia.
There are also exercises and other daily tasks to reach those goals.
- Full-spectrum nutrition (vitamins, minerals, amino acids, human biochemical process supplement)
- Diet with low carbohydrates, high fat (no seed oil), and moderate protein (~1 g protein/kg body weight per day)
- Intermittent fasting: 2 meals a day plus snacks within 8 hours, light fasting for 3 to 4 days every three months
